Duncan Bagshaw is Counsel in Stephenson Harwood’s International Arbitration and Africa teams. Duncan’s practice is focussed upon representing African governments and corporations, particularly on cases concerning infrastructure and development projects, and shareholder disputes. From 2012 to 2015 Duncan was the first Registrar of the LCIA-MIAC Arbitration Centre in Mauritius. He has contributed chapters in Arbitration in Africa (2016) and The Transformation of Arbitration in Africa: The Role of Arbitral Institutions (2016).
