Noella is recognised globally for her disputes’ expertise and has spoken at several industry events including the International Bar Association’s Annual Conference in 2015. The event attracted around 6000 individuals representing over 2,700 law firms, corporations, governments and regulators worldwide. A Kenyan advocate, she has assisted several well-noted international and local clients in contentious matters. Noella has a Master’s degree in Constitutional and Administrative law from the University of Cape Town (one of Africa’s highly ranked universities) and has been on secondment to Stephenson Harwood, a leading multinational law firm. She has experience representing clients in a wide range of areas such as capital markets, employment, energy, environmental matters, human rights, intellectual property, land, oil & gas, public procurement and shareholder disputes among others.
